摘要
如今,在大、中、小规模的实验中,都采用氧气消耗量方法测量燃烧的易燃物的散热率。一个带风扇输送管系统的排氧缸被安装用来收集废气,凭借平衡方程,散热率可以通过测量进氧和排氧的氧气质量流通率来获得。然而,结果的准确性取决于测热器被测量仅仅是氧浓度。因为在消防测试中,燃烧可能不彻底,排氧缸所收集的废氧可能包括一氧化碳、二氧化碳、水蒸汽和煤灰。本文阐述了在不同情况下根据氧气消耗量方式计算散热率的等式。
Heat reiease rates of burning combustibies in bench-scale, medium-scale and large-scale experiments are now measured by the oxygen consumptien method. An exhaust hoed with a fan-duct system is installed to collect flue gas. Based on mass balancing equations, heat release ratss can be obtained by measuring the oxygen mass flow rates of incoming air and exhaust gas. liowevor, accuracy of the results deponds on whether only oxygen concentration is measured in those calorimeters. As the combustion is Iikely to be incomplete in those fire tests, exhaust gas collected by the heed would include oarben monoxide, carbon dioxide, watsr vapeur and seot.
in this paper, equations for calculating the heat release rate under different condmons based on oxygen consumption method are reviewed.
