According to statistics, the Chinese automobile production and marketing breaks through 5,700,000 in 2005, respectively increasing by 12.56% and 13.53% compared with that in 2004. The rapid development of automobile transportation industry has brought people convonlence, but simultaneously has brought disasters. According to the research report ef American Fire Prevention Association, 297000 autemoblie fires happened in US in 2004, causing about 550 deaths and 1500 injured with a less of over 1,300,000, 000 US dellara.
