摘要
本文分析了液氯钢瓶发生蒸气爆炸的机理,指出了过量充装、直接暴露于火中、腐蚀、机械碰撞、杂质混入等是引起爆炸的主要诱因,并以一只过量充装的1000kg液氯钢瓶为例,通过计算比较得出了随着温度升高钢瓶必然发生爆炸的结论。在此基础上,定量预测了一旦发生爆炸的破坏程度和泄漏出的氯气所形成的毒害区及扩散半径大小。
In this article, we analysis the mechanism of vapor blast about liquid chloramines cylinder, and the overfill, under combustion, corrosion, mechanical crash, impurity mix are indicated the major reasons of vapor blast. By calculating and comparing, we know the blast will happen certainly when the temperature of 1000kg liquid chioramines cylinder is raising, otherwise we quantitative evaiuate the extent of destroy, and predicate the range of poison and the estimate ef dmusion haif-diameter which will generate after the some liquid chloramlnes cylinder broken.
