芳烃分馏塔动态模型的建立与仿真

摘要 以某化工厂芳烃分馏装置苯塔为例,综合考虑了精馏塔效率、物料和能量平衡、相平衡以及塔板水力学计算,建立了芳烃分馏培的严格机理动态模型。采用Gear积分算法对模型求解.采用正割法进行泡点计算.经生产实践证明,该模型具有精度高、收敛速度快等特点。能精确地描述在各种扰动及调节作用下精馏塔的动态特性.建立模型方法对于一般芳烃分馏过程的动态描述具有普遍意义. Taking the benzene tower of the aromatics fractionation unit in a certain petrochemical plant as an example, the rectfication tower efficiency, material balance, energy balance,phase equilibrium as well as plate hy draulics calculation were comprehnsively considered, and dynamic model of the aromatics fractionator based on rig orous mechanism was established. The Gear integral calculation method was applied for the model solution, while socant methed was used for the bubble point calculations, Oprating practices showed that the model is charaterized by high accuracy, fast convergence as well as the capability of accurate description of dynawmic performances of the fractionator under various disturbances and regulations. The model establishing method is of universal significance for the dynamic descriptions of ordinary aromatics fractionating proceases.
