摘要
分别考察了影响分子筛和担体耐钠能力的因素,并针对荆门石化总厂Ⅰ套催化裂化装置及其原料油的特点,设计了专用的抗钠FCC催化剂。工业试用结果表明,该催化剂具有活性高、稳定性好和选择性优良等特点。
Factors affecting sodium-resisting ability of zeolite and matrix of FCC catalyst were observed. Spe cial sodium-factors affecting sodium-resisting ability of zeolite and matrix of FCC catalyst were observed. Special sodium-resisting FCC catalyst was desigrned in accordance with the feedstock properties and the features of No. 1 FCC unit in Jingmen Refinery. Commercial probation have indicated that, the special catalyst is charactorized by high activity, good stability and excellent selectivity, etc.
