摘要
胜炼共有三套硫磺回收尾气处理装置,均采用还原吸收法,此中还原工序均使用CT6-5尾气加氢催化剂。本文回顾了这些装置各个工序十余年来的运行情况及实施的改进;CT6-5催化剂曾受到多种苛刻条件的冲击,仍能保持较高的活性和强度,证明它是可以满足生产要求的优良催化剂。
Shengli Refinery has totally three sets of sulfur recovery tail gas treating units, all of themare of the reducing absorbing type. Reducing processes use CT6- 5 tail gas hydrogenation catalyst.The paperreviews the units'operation history and the mprovements made. CT6 - 5 catalyst kept relatively high activityand strength,even though being impacted by severe operation conditions- The resrult shows that CT6 - 5 is agood catalyst which is able to meet the demand of industrial production.
