摘要
综述了换热网络最优合成研究的内容和方法,展望了今后的研究方向。讨论了求解换热网络最小公用工程消耗量的三种方法;比较了求解换热网络的最优窄点温差△Tmin,opt的两种具有代表性的方法;对在给定窄点温差△Tmin条件下换热网络匹配的方法进行了阐述,指出了各自的优缺点;最后指出了以强调交叉学科协同来指导换热网络最优合成的研究,指出了数学规划法和人工智能法交叉协同的研究策略。
The content and the method of study on optimal synthesis of heat exchanger network were sum-marized, and the direction of study in the future was also piospected. The three methods solving minimum util-ity consumption of optimal heat exchanger network were discussed. Two typical methods solving optimal mini-mum temperature approach of optimal heat exchanger network were compared and c0mmented. The matchmethod of heat' exchanger network under the given minimum temperature approach was stated. Interdisci-plinary symbiosis was pointed out to guide the study of heat exchanger network in the future, and the interdis-cisplinary symbiosis tactics of mathematics program and artificial intrelligence was presented.
