摘要
通过实验室研制及工业现场试验，建立了一套工业提升管在线取样系统，可从工业提升管不同位置取得气体、油品和催化剂样品，经处理分析，得到产品分布和催化剂微反活性、碳含量没提升管高度变化的曲线。为预测工业提升管最佳反应区，确定终止剂的最佳加注点提供了指导。
The on-line sampling system in commercial risers was established through laboratory researchand commercial scale test. Gas composition, product distribution and catalyst microactivity at various positionin commercial risers were obtained by the online sampling system- Results and conclusions can be applied tolead the application of reaction-termination technology.
