摘要 建立了液滴行为数学模型,对RH精炼过程中真空室内液滴运动轨迹及行为进行跟踪模拟,通过大量液滴行为的统计分析得到液滴对精炼过程中脱气、传热的贡献. A mathematical model on the action of molten steel drips was established. The motion track and the action of molten steel drips in BH refining was simulated. The contribution of molten steel drips to heat transmition and gas removal in molten steel was obtained by statistical analysis on the basis of the simulation results.
