摘要 对增加油气产量的射孔-高能气体压裂复合技术进行了详细的研究。重点对射孔-高能气体压裂复合器的设计原理进行了深入的探讨,其中包括枪管的耐压设计,枪身螺纹牙强度的设计,枪身内火药燃烧速度与压力范围及温度的定量关系,射孔后火药燃烧时的气体流速,射孔枪身内火药燃烧气体对射孔孔眼的冲刷作用及射孔枪身内火药燃烧气体射流的高能气体压裂作用。同时对枪身内火药装药的设计及现场施工工艺也进行了一定的研究。在延长油矿360m井深做射孔-高能气体压裂的现场试验结果表明,该技术操作简便,成本低,综合处理效果好,有广阔的应用前景。 This paper studies in detail a new technique increasing oil and gas output-the compound technique of perforation-HEGF. The stress is put on studying of the device for the compound technique, including the pressure-tight design of the barrel of the perforation gun,the strenght design of the thread on the gun body, the quantitative relationship between the velocity at which propellent is urning in gun body and the pressure and temperature in it, the scouring effect of the gas produced when the propellant is burning on the perforation tunnels, the fracturing effect of the jet flow of the gas on the oil-bearing formation, and the velocity of flow of the gas after perforation. In addition, the filling design of propellant and the field construction technology of the technique are studied. The result of the site test for a well in Yanchang oilfield in the depth of 360 metres shows that the compound technique is convienient to operate, its construction cost is low,and it has a good comprehensive processing effect on theoil-bearing formation. Therefore,it has a wide application prospect.
