This study report design a new experimental equiment and develop a new catalyst for the preperations of tertiary aliphatic amines. An aminating agent methyl amine reacting with aliphatic alcohol have obtained dialkyl methyl amine, and dimethyl amine have obtained alkyl dimethyl amine. At the optimum condition, the yield of both tertiary aliphatic amines are above 97%. The development of DL03 industrial catalyst have satisfied aliphatic alcohol Onestepe Synthesis of dialkyl methyl amine and alkyl dimethyl amine. At the 500 t/a plant, the magnification of the catalyst have successed in 18 kg/batch.
