摘要
研究了以钛酸丁酯为催化剂 ,由均苯四甲酸二酐和 2乙基己醇进行酯化反应制备均苯四甲酸四 ( 2乙基己 )酯 ( TOPM)。在酐∶醇为 1∶ 8(摩尔比 ) ,催化剂用量为 5%~ 6 % (占酐用量 ) ,反应温度 2 0 0~ 2 0 5℃ ,反应时间 2 h的条件下 ,TOPM的得率达 97.4 % ,酸值达 0 .0 4 mg Na OH/ g,色泽浅。
The synthetic conditions of Tetra2ethylhexylpyromellitate using butyl titanate as catalyst have been studied. The optimum conditions of preparation have been obtained: the molar ratio of 2ethylhexyl alcohol to pyromellitic anhydride is 8/1; the amount of catalyst is 5%~6% the amount of pyromellitic anhydride; reaction temperature is 200~205 ℃; reaction time is 2 h; yield of the product reaches 97.4%; acid value reaches 0.04 mgNaOH/g. The product is also determinated by IR and NMR. The process has possibility of practical application.
