以对我国东部地区石油管网的综合考察结果为基础,概述了这一地区的管网运行现状。根据各油田生产状况和管道的输油形势,分析了石油管道工业所面临的严峻局面,如输油量降低、停输以及经济严重亏损等问题。指出实施“稳定东部,发展西部”战略方针的必要性,提出了在未来的十多年里,如何发展东部管道,以及如何实现向西部战略转移。阐述了我国石油管道工业的发展趋势。

Based on the comprehensive investigations of the eastern pipeline networks in China,the paper summarises the production status quo of some oilfields and the eastern pipelines. It analyzes the lowered throughput and shutdown in the pipeline production, and points out that China's future development of pipeline industry is to keep the production stable in the east part of the country and accelerate development in the west part of the country,and the tendency for China's pipeline to develop in the east is inexorable during the coming decade.
