摘要
目的:通过观察国产NPT(NX-Ⅲ型男性功能动态诊断仪)与美国NEVA对ED患者的监测情况,为临床合理评价男性性功能监测仪结果提供更为准确的判断依据。方法:对236例ED患者进行随机平行单盲分组监测,每组118例。结果:NEVA监测组2例因阴茎短小,3例因包茎未采用NE-VA监测,而改用NX-Ⅲ型男性功能动态诊断仪监测;NX-Ⅲ型监测组全部完成。结论:两种测定仪对ED患者的监测都有一定临床价值,因测定原理不同各有优缺点,国产NPT似乎更适合亚洲人。
Objective： To provide more accurate diagnostic grounds for evaluation of clinical effects on male sexual function monitoring by comparing the adoption of domestically produced NPT（Type NX -Ⅲ Dynamic Diagnosis Apparatus of Male Sexual Function） with American NEVA to monitor ED（ erectile dysfunction）. Methods： 236 ED patients were randomly and parallel monitored, who were divided into two groups（ lib cases each group）, Results： Two eases with short and small penis and three cases with phimosis in group NE- VA were monitored with Type NX -Ⅲ NPT instead of NEVA. All cases＇monitoring in group Type NX - Ⅲ NPT were implemented. Conclusion： Both kinds of NPT monitors have certain clinical significance for the monitoring of ED. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. It seems that domestically produced NPT is more suitable for Asians.
