Eliminating Industrial Hollow Phenomenon in Central Cities with Headquarter Economy and the Promotion of City Industrial Structure

当前,在一些中心城市已经出现了产业空心化的现象,而总部经济通过将企业的总部机构同生产基地分离,实现了资源的合理配置,避免了中心城市产业置换后形成空心化。通过总部经济,促进了区域制造业的发展,也带动了中心城市知识型服务业的发展,提升了中心城市的产业结构。

At present, industrial hollow phenomenon is arising in some central cities of China. Headquarter economy makes the headquarter organization together production base of enterprise split, realizes the reasonable disposition of resource, and avoids industrial hollow phenomenon after industrial displacement in these central cities. Headquarter economy promotes the development of regional manufacturing industry, also drives the development of knowledge type service trade in these central cities. So, it promotes the industrial structure of central city.
