万寿菊花中叶黄素酯对小鼠氧化损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究万寿菊花中提取的叶黄素酯体内对四氧嘧啶所致的小鼠氧化损伤的影响.采用分光光度法测定模型组肝组织、红细胞膜中SOD、MDA、CAT、GSH、血清中AST、ALT的活性;愈创木酚比色法测定POD的活性以及GOD-PAP法测定对血糖的影响.结果表明,万寿菊花中叶黄素酯可抑制由于氧化损伤所致的小鼠肝、红细胞中SOD、MDA、CAT、GSH、POD和血清中AST、ALT的异常升高;降低血糖,提高肝糖元水平;故叶黄素对四氧嘧啶所致的小鼠氧化损伤有明显的保护作用. To study xangold from Tegetes erecta on mice of oxidative damage by alloxan. The spectraphotometry is used to determine the activities of SOD, MDA, CAT and GSH in liver and red cell membrane and the activities of AST and ALT in serum. The activity of POD was determined by colorimetric method and the influence of blood sugar was adopted byGOD - PAP. The results show that lutein has obvious protection to the little mice oxidized damages due to alloxan. It can inhibit that the unusual rising of SOD, MDA, CAT, GSH, POD in the liver, erythrocyte and AST , ALT in blood serum of little mouse caused by oxidized damage. It also can reduce the blood sugar, raises the liver glycogen level, and have protective action to mouse that oxidized damage among the three dosage teams, the result difference is not prominent.
