市场导向的诱因及其对学习与创新的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,许多学者对市场导向问题进行了大量研究,但是什么因素促进或者导致企业的市场导向意识或行为?企业以市场为导向后又会给组织学习与创新带来什么影响?本文在前人研究的基础上,通过理论研究,建立了一个分析市场导向的诱因及其对学习与创新影响的分析框架。本文认为,组织外界环境的变化、社会资本、组织特性等三个因素共同促进了组织以市场为导向,高度的市场导向不仅会提升组织的学习与创新能力,而且将有助于组织绩效的提升。
