摘要
采用XPS、IR、BET、化学分析等方法研究了超稳Y型分子筛制备技术对产品分子筛铝分布、非骨架铝、微孔和中孔分布及热稳定性的影响。设计了具有较多二次孔、非骨架铝少、铝分布均匀、结构热稳定性优异的超稳Y型分子筛制各方法。用此方法制备的超稳Y型分子筛(HAY-Ⅱ)对大分子烃类的裂解能力和USY相当,但具有优异的焦炭选择性。
The influences of the preparation techniques of USY zeolities on the non-framework aluminium (NFA), aluminium distribution, micropore and mesopore distribution as well as the thermal stability of the zeolites were studied by using XPS, IR, BET and chemical analysis methods, etc. An USY type zeolite with uniform AI distribution, good thermal stability, appropriate secondary macropores and without NFA was developed. This USY type zeolite (HAY-Ⅱ) has the same cracking ability for large hy-drocarbon molecules and better coke selectivity compared with the normal USY zeolite.
