INFLUENCE OF FILLING ZEOLITE TYPE PERMEATION PROMOTING MATERIAL IN MEMBRANE ON PERVAPORATION SEPARATION

摘要 研究了沸石分子筛填充醋酸纤维素膜渗透蒸发分离乙醇-水体系,考察了全浓度范围内膜的选择性和渗透通量,含有3A、13X分子筛的醋酸纤维素膜的渗透选择性增加,含有5A分子筛的醋酸纤维素膜在不同浓度范围内的选择性是相反的。 The pervaporation separation of ethanol-water mixtures using zeolite filied cellulose acetate membranes is presented. The experiment of pervaporation was well designed in a profile of differ-ent concentrations. The selectivity and flux of the membranes were studied carefully. In comparison with the original pure cellulose acetate membrane, the selectivities of 3A and 13X zeolite filled membranes in-creased and the selectivity of 5A zeolite filled membrane varied with the ethanol concentration.
