褐煤催化降解生烃过程的动力学研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用微量热天平模拟装置,对山西繁峙褐煤进行热降解模拟实验,考察了作为催化剂介质的粘土矿物和无机盐类对褐煤热解生烃过程的影响,求得了催化生烃过程的动力学参数(表观活化能和视频率因子)。结果表明:催化剂介质不同程度地降低了热降解反应的表观活化能,从而加速了反应的进行。各种催化剂对活化能的影响由大到小依次为:蒙脱石,方解石,K2CO3,Na2SO4,NaHCO3,CaCl2,高岭石,伊利石,MgCl2。无机盐类的催化机制可以用电子转移学说加以解释。 In this paper, the thermal simulation experiments on catalytic degradation of Fanshi lignite have been carried out by usingthermal gravimetric analyzer. The effects of clay minerals and inorganic salts, as the catalysts, on lignite degradation havebeen assessed, and the reaction kinetic parameters (apparent activation energy E and frequency factor A ) have beenobtained. The results indicate that the apparent activation energy was decreased and thus reaction rate was increased becauseof the catalysis of dinerals and salts. The catalytic reactivity of nine catalysts is in the following order: montmorillonite >calcite>K2CO3>Na2SO4>NaHCO3>CaCl2. Finally, the catalysis mechanism of inorganic salts onlignite degradation was tentatively investigated.
