肾活检在系统性红斑狼疮诊治中的价值

The use of renal biopsy in the diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨肾活检在系统性红斑狼疮诊治中的价值。方法收集、整理我院2002年6月～2006年11月132例系统性红斑狼疮、疑诊系统性红斑狼疮患者肾活检的资料,探讨肾活检在系统性红斑狼疮诊治中的价值。结果系统性红斑狼疮、疑诊系统性红斑狼疮患者均有肾脏损害。结论肾活检在系统性红斑狼疮的诊治中有重要价值。

Objective To explore the value of renal biopsy in diagnosing and treating systermc lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods Identifying and borderline SLE cases undergoing renal biopsy from June 2002 to november 2006 in our hospital were collected and sorted out, we explored the use of renal biopsy on the diagnosis and treatment stragety of SIE. Results Renal injury were discovered in all of the collecting cases by renal biopsy. Conclusing Renal biopsy plays an important role in diagnosing and treating systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）.
