介绍了在3 MVA中碳锰铁电炉的入炉料加热系统中全烧高炉煤气的燃烧工艺技术、设计了一套高效加热炉,并对节能原理进行了分析。总投资需73.7万元,能够节约电能165~222万kwh/月、提高中锰产量1.79~1.88倍、产生综合经济效益82~110万元/月,投资回收期仅需0.76个月,经济效益显著。
It introduces the combustion technology being used as the blast furnace gas for the heating burden system in 3MVA medium carbon ferromanganese furnace. A set of effective heating furnaces has been designed, and the energy - saving theory has also been analyzed. The total investment is RMB737 000, it can save power at 1 650 000 - 2 220 000 kWh per month. The output of medium carbon ferromanganese can be increased by 1.79 - 1.88 times. The comprehensive economic benefits are RMB820 000 - 1100 000 per month. The payback period of investment is only 0. 76 month. The economic benefits are remarkable.
