Through the analysis on the principle of the loaded slipping electrode and the choice of its programme, a set of loaded slipping electrode device has been found, with the advantages of lower consumption, easiness, effectiveness and practicality. We will analyze the present situation and adopt the suitable technical measures to meet the demands of the loaded sipping electrodes.
