摘要
首先提出一种变权重的灰色-神经网络(VW-GNN)组合预测模型,并将其用于某耐火公司产品销售量的预测。进而针对一个供应商、多个销售商组成的两级供应链的库存系统,提出了一种面向预测的采购策略。在此基础上建立了考虑价格折扣的两级供应链库存数学模型,并运用一种简单而有效的方法求出了模型最优解,确定了供应链中各企业的最佳订货批量。
At first,a variable weighted gray neural network integrated forecasting model was proposed and applied to the sales forecasting of a refractories company of Anshan, then a purchasing strategy based on forecasting was investigated according to the tow-level inventory system consisting of one vender and several retailers. On the basis of above, a mathematical model of the two-level inventory system in consideration of price discount is developed. A simple and effective approach is proposed for finding the optimal order number.
