摘要
对某工厂管理人员绩效考评体系的基本原理与运作机制作了概要介绍,并从体系的信度和效度两个方面对其做了检验。认为该体系具备科学性和可操作性;结合某工厂的实际,就绩效考评体系可能出现的偏差及产生偏差的原因做了阐释与分析;给出了规避偏差的7种手段。
The basic principle and operational mechanism of administrative staff performance appraisals system in the certain factory were briefly introduced,which was tested from two respects of reliability degree and effect degree, The system is considered to be scientific and feasible. Then, combined with the situation of the certain factory, the possible deviations of the performance appraisals system and the reasons that result in the deviations were clarified and analyzed. Finally,seven methods which can avoid and correct the deviations are given.
