摘要
[目的]探讨血液透析诱导期病人实施循证健康教育的效果。[方法]对2003年3月—2005年12月66例病人应用循证方法通过人员培训、确定问题、查询并评价文献、临床护理实践、及时评价与反馈,在健康教育前后采用自制问卷及SF-36量表对病人健康教育效果和健康状况进行评价与分析。[结果]66例病人在健康教育前后知识掌握、行为改善方面有统计学差异(P<0.05);生理健康改善明显(P<0.05),但心理健康无统计学差异(P>0.05);病人满意度由同期的93.5%上升到98.7%。[结论]循证健康教育能有效提高健康教育的效果和病人的参与程度。
Objective: To probe into the effect of carrying out evidence- based health education for hemodialysis patients in induction period. Methods: A total of 66 patients undergoing hemodialysis from March of 2003 to December of 2005 were carried out health education through evidence - based method including training staff, determining questions, searching and evaluating litera- tures, clinical nursing practice and timely evaluation and feedback. Both the effect of health education and health state of patients were evaluated and analyzed before and after health education by adopting self - made questionnaire and SF - 36 scale. Results: There were statistical significant differences in terms of both knowledge grasp and behavior improvement of all 66 patients between before and after health education(P〈 0.05). Physiological health of all patients was improved significantly after health education (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant statistical difference in terms of mental health among all cas- es between before and after health education (P 〉0.05). However, the satisfaction degree of patients elevated from 93.5 % before the education to 98.7 % of after the health education. Conclusion-Evidence- based health education can effectively enhance both the effect of health education for hemodialysis patients and participative degree of them.
