本文用二维流响应函数理论,将非齐次定解条件下的水流模型从整个管理模型中分出,再与规划问题藕合,建立济南市西郊裂隙岩溶地下水系统最优化模型,并取得合理开采的最佳决策方案。

An optimum model of fissured karst qroundwater system in the west suburb of Jinan city is set up by separating the model of flow under non-fixed solution from the management model by using the theory of two dimensional flow response function, then coupled with planning. The best decision on rational exploitation is acquired.
