摘要
我国目前面临着严峻的环境资源问题,建设环境友好型资源节约型社会是我国解决环境资源问题、实现可持续发展的必然选择。法制保障具有稳定性、强制性和权威性的优势,对于我国建设环境友好型资源节约型社会具有重要的作用。为此,应当通过强化政府责任、规范企业行为和保障公众参与等途径来加强法制保障,为实现建设环境友好型资源节约型社会的目标而努力。
