摘要
本文认为,进入21世纪,商品流通体系越来越庞大,物流中心不断规模化,经营管理日益复杂化,急需建设知识型的物流中心。物流中心的知识管理就是将物流知识视为企业资产,透过管理程序辅以信息技术,进行知识的收集、分类、储存、分享、应用、创造等一系列足以产生经营效益的活动。物流中心运用知识管理可以促使物流企业获利或提升创造价值的能力。文章提出,物流中心知识管理的内容包括操作层、管理层与经营层三个层次;物流中心知识管理体系由物流中心的信息技术体系、物流中心知识管理的结构体系、物流中心知识管理的运作体系三大部分构成,包含战略层面、流程层面、组织层面、人员层面、文化层面、技术层面等六个层面的内容;物流中心知识管理的运作体系为物流中心实际运作知识管理提供模板,包括知识的收集、分类、储存、应用四个分阶段模块。
The author believes that, as the 21 century's coming, the commodities circulation system has become more and more huge, the logistic center has been getting larger-scale, management of which has been getting more complicated. It is very important to accumulate and utilize the central skill and the knowledge of distribution center and to construct the knowledge- distribution center. The author analyses the meaning of the Knowledge-Management, according to the particularity of the work flow and operation, make the knowledge of operation and management and prosecution as the main content of knowledge-management in distribution centers. The knowledge management system of distribution center is comprised of three following sections: IT application in distribution center, the structure and the operating system of knowledge management system of distribution center.
