摘要
为解决国内目前在直升机桨叶位置测量上落后的技术现状,本文设计了一种采用光学轨迹法测量直升机桨叶位置的系统。当直升机桨叶运动轨迹引起外部光学强度变化时,该系统的光电器件将该光强变化转换为电信号,经过系统电路放大、整形后,最终得到直升机桨叶位置信息。本文重点对系统电路的动、静态方面进行了分析,并以实验数据和动态波形验证了电路功能。该电路设计较好地解决了不同光学背景下微小光强变化的测量问题,系统工作稳定、可靠。
In this paper, a blades position measurement system of helicopter using the method of optics track was proposed to solve the behindhand technical situation at present in our country. The system's photoelectric device transforms the light intensity change caused by the rotating blades into the electrical "signal, so the blades position of the helicopter can be got by analyzing the electrical signals that have been enlarged and reshaped. This paper gave emphasis on analyzing the circuit's dynamic and static characteristics, and validated the circuit's function by the test data and dynamic wave. The system can work stably and reliably for the good design of the circuit solved the problem of measuring the little change of light intensity in the different optic background.
