摘要 本文提出了一种以PC104+FPGA架构为硬件基础的印刷电路板(PCB)的测试方法。在分析Kautz算法的基础上,根据FPGA和PC104的特点,同时采用并行检测与诊断法,快速准确地获取了PCB所有的电气网络。本文研究了在系统中Kautz算法的实现方法,给出了算法的实现步骤。实验表明,该方法是一快速有效的PCB故障检测方法。 A new method for testing the printed circuit board (PCB) was presented in the paper based on hardware architecture of PC104 and FPGA (field programmable gate array) and Kautz algorithm. According to the features of PC104 and FPGA, applying parallel testing synchronously, all electrical nets of PCB can be obtained quickly and accurately by using the method proposed. Implement of Kautz algorithm was studied and the steps of algorithm were given based on hard system in this paper. The experiment results indicate that this method is a fast and effective detecting approach.
