摘要
本文介绍了信号发生器的自动检定系统,根据《信号发生器检定规程》规定的测试项目配置测试仪表,通过GPIB总线接口将所有仪器连接起来,使用LabVIEW开发系统软件,利用PC进行控制,实现对信号发生器的自动检定。目前,该系统已实际应用,并取得较好的效果。
An automatic test and calibration system for signal generator was introduced in this paper, in which the test equipment was configured according to verification regulation of signal generator. All the instruments were connected via the GPIB bus. And the system software was developed with LabVIEW. Besides, the system can automatically detect the signal generator under a PC controller. Additionally, the practical application has shown that this system can work well in practice.
