摘要
分析了改善铝水反应的几种途径,发现在纯铝与水反应中,水蒸气的浓度对反应影响不大,但在20%左右,铝水反应启动温度最低。把单质铝熔炼成铝合金可加快单质铝与水发生水解反应,尤其是在铝中添加金属Sn和Ga,形成多元合金,大大降低铝水反应温度,反应产氢气量增加,反应速率加快。
Several methods for improving aluminum-water reaction were analysed. The results show that the density of water vapor has no obvious effect on the beginning temperature of the reaction ;when the density of water vapor is 20%,the reaction temperature is the lowest. It is a better way to increase the rate of aluminum-water reaction by synthesizing aluminum alloys, especially when tin and gallium are added into alloys, the amount of generated hydrogen gas and the reaction rate increase quickly.
