摘要
为了满足大尺寸激光加工的精度和速度要求,本文设计了以DSP、FPGA和单片机为核心的数控系统。系统使用单片机控制人机界面、使用DSP对加工数据进行处理并由FPGA输出加工信号,从硬件上保证了系统的高速运算和精密加工。此外系统将加工数据保存于非易失性存储器中,使得系统拥有脱机加工的能力。通过对以DSP和FPGA为核心的加工控制部分的软、硬件进行优化,该系统达到了设计目标并取得了令人满意的加工效果。
To satisfy the requirements of precision and speed for large-size laser machining, a CNC system based on the DSP, FPGA and microcontroller is developed. Microcontroller is used to control the human-computer interface, DSP is used to process the data, and FPGA is used to output the machining signal. The hardware mentioned above ensures the capabilities of high-speed and precision of machining. In addition, the data are saved in flash memory that makes the machine work offline. By optimizing the design of software and hardware, the system reaches the design goals, and satisfying machining effects are obtained.
