摘要 针对目前失真度分析仪中使用模拟法和FFT法存在的问题,提出基于曲线拟合方法和DSP实现的失真度分析仪设计方法。采用单纯形算法的曲线拟合方法估计正弦信号的总失真度,该方法计算速度快、精度高。详细介绍了失真度分析仪的软硬件结构和工作流程。仿真结果表明,该系统对频率范围为20Hz~20kHz、峰峰值范围为300mV~30V、失真度小于100%的输入信号均可使用,综合测量误差小于1%。 According to the difficulties of modern distortion analyzer used the analogue method and FFT method, a new distortion analyzer based on curve-fit method and DSP is designed. By using simplex method, a course of total distortion measurement of sinusoidal source is presented. This method has features of high accuracy and fast evaluation speed. The hardware structure and software design of the system are described in detail. The simulation results show that when a signal with frequency range of 20 Hz~20 kHz, peak to peak value rang of 300 mV~30 V, and the total distortion less than 100% is measured using this system, the total measurement error is less than 1%.
