摘要 文中介绍了基于LabVIEW平台的热处理炉测试系统的软硬件结构设计。该系统选用分度号为S的I级热电偶传感器,通过数据采集器Keithley2700(配7700模块)将采集数据以RS232方式送入主机。在数据处理过程中,采取小波分析进行消噪处理;依据热处理炉有效加热区测试方法(GB/T9452-2003),经过对热处理炉升温、保温阶段的实验,测试热处理炉的有效加热区,并在Word中生成报表及校准结果,其测试结果符合标准要求。该系统利用LabVIEW实现了热处理炉测试仪器与计算机的一体化,已在实际中得到应用,并取得了很好的效果。 The paper introduces the hardware and software design of the "heat treatment furnace" testing system based on LabVIEW. In the system's data acquisition process, the S thermocouple of I class is used to acquire data, which is transferred to computer via RS232 mode. Wavelet is used to clear noise when processing the acquired data. Experiment of data acquisition and data processing in elevating and holding temperature is made according to the testing method for work zone of heat treatment fumace(GB/T9452-2003), and the result of data processing, which complied with the standard, is generated in the Word format as a report. The system joins the furnace testing equipment with computer using LabVIEW. The practical application has shown that the system has a good effect.
