摘要 介绍了一种基于单片机控制的超声波语音测距仪。该测距仪充分利用单片机的软、硬件资源,自动实现超声波的发射与接收控制。并通过单片机中计数器所计超声波往返所经历的时间,经过换算得到超声波传感器与反射物之间的距离。结合ISD2560语音芯片所具有的语音处理技术,实现了测量结果语音报数。实际应用表明,该方法性能稳定、快速,测量精度较高。同时该项技术在检测技术领域中具有广泛的应用前景。 This paper introduces one kind of ultrasonic wave pronunciation distance finder, which fulfills control based on microcontroller. This finder fully makes use of the soft and hardware resources of SCM (single chip microcomputer) to fulfill the ultrasonic wave's automatically sending and receiving control. The counter counts the time by counting the ultrasonic wave round-trip in the microcontroller, and after process conversion, the object distance between the ultrasonic sensor and the reflecting is obtained. By unifying the pronunciation processing technology which the ISD2560 pronunciation chip has, the t pronunciation number is realized. And the practical application indicated that the method performance is stable, fast, and has high measuring accuracy. In conclusion, this technology has a widespread application prospect in the test field.
