摘要
近年来,变压器监测系统的研究受到广泛的关注。其中绝缘油中的微水含量是主要的检测对象,其对变压器油的绝缘性能及机械强度有很大的影响。本文对几种油品微水含量的检测方法进行了简要讨论,分析了变介电常数式电容传感器的测量原理。针对变压器油微水含量检测引入新型的高精度电容/电压信号转换集成芯片CAV424。同时较为详细地阐述了其基本原理并对其实际应用电路进行了设计。实验结果表明,CAV424能够获得可靠的性能和精度,并具有较高的应用价值。
Recently, there is an increasing interest in using transformer-monitoring systems. One of the key variables to be monitored is moisture content in oil, because moisture has a high influence both on transformer electrical and mechanical strength. In this paper, the discussion of the existing methods of water monitoring of oil is presented and mainly the measuring principle based on variable-dielectric-constant capacitive sensor is analysed. Besides, a new high precision capacitance/voltage converter CAV424 has been proposed in order to measure the water content in transformer oil, its principle is also introduced in detail, and the practical application circuit on the basis of CAV424 is designed and analyzed. By analyzing the experimental data, it is found that CAV424 has higher precision and practical value.
