摘要
有些并列式测径装置的检测范围由2个检测系统各自的检测区间连接而成。然而遇到在检测前所预设的待检直径与2个区间连接点相近的情况时,这种装置则会失去正确的判定功能。本文以由国外进口的并列式激光测径装置为例,分析了其存在的问题,介绍了为增强判定功能而采取的零投资改进方案,即通过充分利用本装置的硬件潜能简化硬软件构成,计算有关参数来达到增强判定功能、消除连续误判的目的。近一年的运行结果表明修改后的数据与给出的被测量相符,对任何检测的判定均正确可靠。收到了较大的经济效益。
Some metrical spans of the parallel metrical equipments for the measure of diameters are connected with two metrical spans of two metrical systems' respectively. However, the inaccurate judge is likely to happen when the metrical diameter previously set before the measure is close to that of the joining point of the two spans and the equipment measures the products whose diameters are beyond the span set previously. Taking the example of the imported parallel metrical equipment using laser in our company, this article analyses the existing problems, puts forward the ameliorative method, which makes it to eliminate inaccurate judge, for Increase of the judgment function without any expense, applying the inherent potential of the hardware to simplify the composing of its hardware and software as well as the count of concerning parameters. Nearly one year's operation shows that the corrected data coincide with the results that are given previously, and the judgment to any measure is right and reliable.
