摘要
研究了结晶三氯化铝代替硫酸作为酯化反应催化剂合成乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸异丙酯及乙酸正丁酯。考察了催化剂存在下影响酯化反应的各种因素。实验表明,使用该催化剂,酯的产率可达94%以上,而且分离容易,催化剂用量减少20倍,反应时间缩短2/3。
The synthesis of methyl acetate,ethyl acetate,see-propyl acetate and butyl acetate was introduced,which used crystal aluminum trichloride replacing sulphuric acid as catalyst for the esterification reaction The basic conditions affecting the esterification were studied It was proved that by using this catalyst,the esterificaiton rate was above 94%,the separation easy,the amount of catalyst decreased by 20 times and the reaction time decreased by 2/3
