旁路励磁的磁弹性索力传感器研究 被引量:13

摘要 针对目前套筒式磁弹性索力传感器安装和维护特别困难等缺点,提出新的旁路励磁磁路结构,对旁路结构的关键部件进行了设计,搭建了实验系统,做了拉力模拟实验。实验表明:单旁路结构的索力传感器不仅安装方便,且测试结果与理论有很好的一致性,测量的重复性误差小于0.15%,可用作索力的实际测量结构。 Aim at the demerit of sleeve magnetic loop structure in cable tension sensor based on magnetoelastic effect in lately, which is very difficult to fix and maintain. The new magnetic loop structure of bypass excitation is brought forward, its key components were designed, the experimental system was constructed, and the experiments of pulling tension were carried out. The experimental results indicate that the single bypass excitation structure is very convenient to fix, and the experiment results is consistent with the theoretical nicely. Its repetitive error is less than 0.15% , the proposed structure can be used as practical measurement structure for cable tension.
