摘要 为了验证航空断路器的机械寿命和电寿命是否满足额定指标,研制了一台计算机自动控制的机械磨合实验台对航空断路器进行自动寿命实验。该实验台利用一套由数据采集卡、伺服系统、减速器和丝杠构成的典型运动控制系统提供外驱动力实现断路器的合/分闸动作,进行循环磨合寿命实验。可根据不同型号产品的实验要求任意设置实验频率、次数和时序等实验参数。由计算机实现准确的计数,并控制伺服电机实现次数多达上千次的重复精确定位,重复性精度满足实验要求。利用该实验台可提高寿命实验效率,保障航空断路器出厂质量和可靠性。 To confirm whether the mechanical and electrical endurance of aircraft circuit breaker can satisfy the rated specification, a mechanical wear-out test device was developed, which is based on computer automatic control and can test the endurance of aircraft circuit breaker automatically. The device uses a typical motion control system to provide extemal driving force for open/close operation of the breaker and carry out repetitive wear-out life test, which is composed of data acquisition card, servo system, retarder and screw rod. The test parameters such as test frequency, number of tests and time sequence etc. can be set according to the test requirements of different type products. The computer accomplishes precise number cotmting and controls the servo motor to complete more than one thousand times of repetitive precise positioning. The repeat accuracy of the device satisfies the test requirements. The proposed test device can improve the endurance test efficiency and ensure the outgoing quality and reliability of aircraft circuit breakers.
