摘要
在注塑成型过程中,工艺参数是决定制品质量的重要因素。为了研究工艺参数对制品质量的影响,在注射机上根据正交实验表安排4水平的关键注塑工艺参数(熔体温度、注射压力、注射速度及模具温度)和制品质量间的试验,在此基础上根据实际需要增加了4组追加试验。根据实验结果,用极差分析技术对各因素的显著度进行排序,同时建立了工艺参数和制品质量的神经网络模型,为注塑件质量控制和工艺参数的调整提供了有益的参考。
The process parameters have direct influence on the performance and quality of final parts in injection molding. Experiments are made on the plastic injection molding machine according to the orthogonal method in order to research the effects of key molding process variables including melt temperature, injection pressure, injection speed and mold temperature on the product quality. Four groups of supplement experiments are also carried out according to the actual need. The order of the significance level of the factors is obtained by using the range analysis method. The neural network model considering the key process parameters and the qualitative indexes is established. This study provides useful reference for quality control of products and regulation of injection process parameters.
