摘要
克参1井是塔里木盆地库车坳陷克拉苏构造上的1口最深最复杂的井。钻进过程中,同一裸眼井段出现多套压力系统,因而出现了又溢又漏的复杂情况。在复杂情况处理中,采用了压回法、工程师法压井,将常规桥接堵漏钻井液和凝胶(水泥)桥接堵漏钻井液相结合,并采取间歇挤压和憋压候凝堵漏措施,处理井涌、溢流10次,井漏51次及其它事故,使得在每一个井段的压井、堵漏及其它事故处理均获得了成功。
KC-1 well is located in Klasu reservoir, Kuche Depression, Tarim Basin.This is a most completed and deepest well with a complex of different pressure systems in theBasin. In its drilling process, 10 overflows, 51 lost circulation's and other downhole accidents were encountered. As the trouble shooting measures, a series treatments such as backpressure method and engineer method well killing, regular and cement-gel lost circulationplugging operations were applied. At last, the well was drilled out successfully to its designed final depth.
