淋巴结MR成像中的纳米颗粒对比剂

摘要 淋巴结转移对于癌症分期及预后判断起着至关重要的作用。目前淋巴结成像及良恶性判断仅依赖于大小和形态改变,诊断正确率有限。纳米颗粒MR对比剂以其大小适中、性质独特,结合不同的给药途径可很好地显示淋巴结、淋巴管,准确地进行性质判断。回顾了近年来淋巴结MR成像中纳米颗粒对比剂研究进展,旨在对淋巴结成像的进一步研究有所帮助。
