超顺磁性氧化铁微粒在分子影像学中的研究现状 被引量:3

摘要 超顺磁性氧化铁(SPIO)微粒作为磁共振分子对比剂可以提供足够的T2B效应,能在分子微克水平被检测到,不同大小的SPIO微粒通过不同的转染介质能够标记不同的靶细胞、靶分子或靶基因,不仅可以观察活体内解剖结构的变化,还可以了解生理和分子水平的改变。就SPIO作为磁共振分子影像对比剂的应用和研究现状进行综述。
