从一定程度上讲,山西城乡二元结构的形成是历史的必然。随着时间的推移和经济的飞速发展,二元结构所带来的城乡分割、对立的矛盾给山西经济社会的协调发展造成了一系列不良影响。本文通过对上海、苏南、北京等地城乡统筹发展模式的分析,从建立平等和谐的城乡制度和促进城乡社会事业共同发展等方面提出了统筹山西城乡发展的路径及其政策建议。
