环氧树脂沥青混合料粘弹行为的力学模型分析 被引量:9

摘要 通过弯曲蠕变试验,分析了环氧树脂沥青混合料不同温度下的蠕变特征。根据蠕变力学模型,采用3单元、4单元、2阶广义Kelvin模型、3阶广义Kelvin模型以及修正的2阶广义Kelvin模型分别对不同温度的蠕变行为进行了拟合。结果表明,环氧树脂沥青混合料各温度的蠕变变形开始发展很快,然后逐渐变慢,最后达到了平衡。采用修正的2阶广义Kelvin模型可以较为精确地表述材料不同温度的蠕变行为;通过不同温度下修正的2阶广义Kelvin模型的参数解析,可以得到材料的弹性模型随着温度变化趋势呈S形。研究成果可以为材料热粘弹性能的进一步研究提供依据。 Epoxy resin asphalt mixture is a kind of thermo-setting material with perfect performance different from normal asphalt mixture modified by thermo-plastic polymer. Creep characterize of epoxy resin asphalt mixture is analyzed through bend creep test (BCT) under - 10 ℃, 0 ℃, 10 ℃, 20 ℃, 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50 ℃ and 60 ℃ ,Three-elements, four-elements, second-order extensive Kelvin model, three-order extensive Kelvin model and modified second-order extensive Kelvin model are adopted to tit creeptests data based on creep mechanics model. Results show that creep deformation under deferent temperatures increased rapidly in initial stage and tended to change gently. In addition, modified second-order extensive Kelvin model could fit creep tests data under different temperatures very well.The modulus of epoxy resin asphalt, obtained using modified second-order extensive Kelvin model, changed in S shape under different temperatures. The resets will be helpful for more research on viscoelasticity characteristic of epoxy resin asphalt mixture.
