摘要
在眼科集中手术的条件下，任何一个环节上的疏忽，都会给术后群发性感染的发生留下隐患。术后群发性感染多以细菌感染为主。白内障摘除术和准分子激光角膜屈光手术，这两个领域中集中大量的手术最为普遍，国内眼科界应该引起高度重视。面对已经发生的术后群发性感染的惨痛教训，眼科医师需认真总结与随时警惕。只要严格地把好术中和围手术期的各个环节，术后群发性感染是完全可以避免的。
The cluster ocular infection after operation is a considerable problem which every ocular surgical center should think over seriously. The outbreak of post-cataract endophthalmitis and the bacterial keratits after corneal refractive operation has been reported in the oversea literatures. The prophylactic procedures have to be kept in clinical practice to avoid cluster ocular infection. （Chin J Opbtbalmol, 2007, 43：577-578 ）
