角膜后弹力层剥除内皮移植术治疗大泡性角膜病变

摘要
患者男性，80岁。因左眼视力逐渐下降伴疼痛和异物感半年，于2007年2月13日来我院就诊。患者于两年前在外院行双眼超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入术。眼部检查：右眼视力为0．09，左眼视力为眼前指数；眼压正常；角膜内皮细胞计数有眼为1874个／mm^2，左眼〈400个／mm^2：左眼角膜混浊（精粹图片1）；双眼前房清，瞳孑L网，人工晶状体位置正。
